orders should be done three business days prior to the
delivery date to ensure on-time delivery. Orders will
be delivered from 10:00 am -
6:00 p.m. (Philippine local time) with no guarantees on
the exact delivery time.
The
deliverer will obtain a delivery signature from the recipient
or a representative of the recipient. The
deliverer will emphasize that signing the delivery sheet
means that the item(s) is/are in good condition.
Definition
of Good Condition:
1.
Flowers and fruits are fresh and complete (One (1) dozen
= 12 pcs.).
2. Cake received is not spoiled/deformed.
3. All gift items and balloon arrangements (Ideo Giftworks)
are complete and properly packed.
Discounts for Delivery Problems:
1.
Free of charge:
Should the supplier fail to deliver the orders due to
negligence such as:
a.
Undeliverables - loss of order form and inability to inform
Infophil, Inc. of the loss of the said form.
b. The item(s) delivered is/are not in “good condition”
(see above)
c.
Item(s) received is/are not the exact order(s) found in
the order form (particularly when special instructions
are well-stated in the form).
