1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
	SmartShopper.NET offers free service to its valued users. The user is thus expected to accept the following "Terms of Service" (TOS). SmartShopper.NET can update the TOS from time to time without giving notice to its users. You can review the current TOS anytime, at your convenience.
	
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
	SmartShopper.NET is a free service provided by Infophil.COM.It is intended to tighten friend, loveone, and family ties. The user is responsible for providing himself/herself all equipment necessary to access the service. He/she is also responsible in obtaining access to the service. Such access may include fees (e.g. fees for the Internet Service Provider) and the user us solely responsible for those fees.
	
3. REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
	The user must agree to provide true, accurate, and cureent information about himself/herself, as prompted by the registration form. SmartShopper.NET reserves the right to delete a person's information and to refuse any and all future use if we suspect that the information provided is false and inaccurate.

	e. collect and/or store personal data about other users;
	
	f. intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, regualtions promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any rules of any national or other securities exchange, including, without limitation, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange, or the NASDAQ, and any regulations having the force of law;
	
	g. act in a manner that negatively affects other user's ability to engage in real time exchanges;
	
	h. forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers;
	
	i. impersonate any person or entity, including but not limited to, a SmartShopper.NET official, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your with a person or entity;
	
	j. harm minors in any way;
	
	Users shall respect that SmartShopper.NET does not pre-screen any personal information given; only a confirmation of an existing email address is performed.
	
	Users shall recognize that they have the responsibility if evaluating and bearing the risks assiciated with the content's reliability, usefilness, purpose, and comprehensiveness. Consequently, users shall understand that they cannot entirely depend on the data SmartShopper.NET offers through its website and its services.
	
	SmartShopper.NET may preserve as well as disclose its content if in good faith that such actions will be necessary to (1) comply with legal process; (2) defend and preserve SmartShopper.NET's rights and property; (3) enforce the terms and conditinos of SmartShopper.NET; (4) make movements to guard and defend the interest of its members or others.

	SmartShopper.NET reserves the right to modify from time to time or discontinue at anytime the service, with or without notice. SmartShopper.NET shall not be liable to the user for any modification to or discontinuance of the service.
	
11. TERMINATION
	The user should agree that SmartShopper.NET, in its sole discretion, may terminate your account, password or use of the service, for any reason or if SmartShopper.NET believes that the user has violated or has acted inconsistently with the spirit of TOS. SmartShoper.NET also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the service, with or without notice. Upon termination, user's right to use SmartShopper.NET immediately ceases. Further, the user must agree that SmartShopper.NET shall not be liable to anyone for any termination of you access to the service. 
	
12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
	The user understands and agrees that:

	a. the use of the service is at his or her sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis;

	b. SmartShopper.NET makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, timely, secure, and will meet his/her requirements or expectations;

	c. any material downloaded or obtained in any way through the service is done at his/her own discretion. The user is solely responsible for any damage to one's computer system or loss of data that results from such download;

	d. SmartShopper.NET shall not create any warranty to any information that he/she obtained through the service;

	e. SmartShopper.NET will do its best to keep any and all data provided by the user, but in any unavoidable case that such data are lost, SmartShopper.NET should not be held liable.
	
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
	The user should understand and agree that SmartShopper.NET shall not be liable for any damage to one's reputation resulting from bogus entries.
	
14. TRADEMARKS & COPYRIGHT
	SmartShopper.NET logos, banners and the like are trademarks of SmartShopper.NET or Infophil, INC. Without SmartShopper.NET's permission, the user agrees not to display or use these in any manner.
	
15. GENERAL INFORMATION
	The Terms and Conditions constitute the comprehensive agreement between the user and SmartShopper.NET and guides users in the use of SmartShopper.NET, superseding prior agreements between the user and SmatrShopper.NET. Users may still be governed by the terms & conditions of other services of SmartShopper.NET e.g. SmartShopper.NET's affiliate program. The Terms and Conditions and the relationship between the user and SmartShopper.NET shall be subject to the laws of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines with regard to the provisions and any conflict that would arise from the agreement. The user and SmartShopper.NET shall abide under the jurisdiction of the courts at Makati City, Philippines. If SmartShopper.NET fails to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions, it shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Moreover, if any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found by a court of qualified jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties agree regardless that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms and Conditions remain in full force and effect. The user agrees that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the Terms and Conditions must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
	
16. VIOLATIONS
	SmartShopper.NET encourages users to report any violation in the terms and conditions stated above for appropriate corrective actions to SmartShopper.NET's Support Team via email at support@smartshopper.net.
